Leadership is a topic that I never thought I would be interested in learning about. Four years ago I was invited to attend the Leadership Summit put on by the Willow Creek Association. It was awesome! I learned how to empower people, keep momentum in the workplace, conflict resolution skills, how to work with difficult people, and how to navigate in uncertain times. A lot of you out there are working with creative teams or freelancing. I have benefited a great deal from this conference and felt the need to share it with all of you.
